30-day satisfaction promise

We stand behind every bracelet we ship. If you're not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Standard collection items

Pre-designed bracelets from our collections can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a different size or design. Item must be in its original condition with no signs of wear.

Custom designs

Custom-designed bracelets are made specifically for you and are generally final sale. However, if there's a defect or sizing issue, we'll happily make it right at no additional charge.

How to start a return

Reach out via our contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We'll respond with a return shipping label and instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
